With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Dale Cozad (Robbinsdale, Minnesota), who passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Cozad and Shirley Cozad. He is survived by: his wife Leann; his daughters, Liz (John Indellicate) and Julianne (Austen Smith); his grandchildren, Will, Ophelia, Megan, Alexis Indellicate and Patrick Smith; and his sisters, Christie Cozad Neuger (Win) and Laurie Cozad (Joel Kuszmaul). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
