He was predeceased by: his mother Florence; and his sister Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his sons, Trevor, Austin (Sami) and Derek (Bailey); his grandson Silas; his father Leonard; and his siblings, Kathy Healy Mengelkoch and Don. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
