He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey; his parents, William Bastian and Bertha Bastian (Kokesch); and his siblings, Elaine Boynton, Stanley, Rita Bastian, Robert and Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Eldonna; his children, Karen Khori (Gassan), Linda Osborne (Scott), Duane Bastian (Karen) and Dawn Bastian; his grandchildren, Justina, Salemi, Whitney, Sophia, Emerald, Jeffrey, Selena, Isaiah, Walid, Stella, Gabrielle, Calvin, Hannah, Amelia, Charles, Majeed, James and Lydia; his great grandchild Harper; and his siblings, Joan Fuchs, Bernice Bastian, Don, Dorothy Siekman, Diane Bastian and David.
