He is survived by: his mother Diane M. Horstmann (Schultz) of Lester Prairie; his daughters, Shawna, Brandi, Hailey and Samara; and his brother Ross Horstmann (Lisa Blazinski). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
