He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his children, Sandra (Bill Keegan), Sheila Patten (Dave), Michelle Powers, Kristine Dvorak (Steve), Deborah Noack (Don), Michael Henry (Barb) and Timothy Henry (Kristen). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
