She is survived by: her sons, Ron Forde (Karla) of West Fargo, ND and Alan Forde of Fergus Falls; her brother Art Fithen (Linda) of Richville, MN; her siblings-in-law, Sandi Fithen of Richville and Clinton Erickson of Richville; her grandsons, Derrick, Connor and Carson; and her great grandchild Eloise. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
