She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Caswell and Wilma Caswell (Connley); her son Clay Boehner; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Caswell and Wayne Boehner.

She is survived by: her husband Willard "Bill" Lesly Boehner; her son Mark Boehner; and her siblings, Marion Boehner, Wanda Toohey, Donald Caswell, Harold Caswell (Pat) and Earl Caswell (Lois). She is also survived by her family and friends.
