She was predeceased by: her husband Murel; her parents, Don Hurd and Joyce Hurd; her stepmother Luella Hurd (Beecher); her nephews, Thomas Hurd Jr., Stephen Chapman, Shad Chapman and Brad Holtberg; her stepbrother Lee Beecher; and her brother-in-law Marvin Vilhauer.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Hansen (Tim) and Glenn "Buck" Myers (Kaila Vennes); her grandchild Emily Hansen; her siblings, Lynn Chapman (Craig), Donald Hurd (Carolyn), Joan Holtberg (Bob), Patricia Braaten (Allen), Michael Hurd, Thomas Hurd (Donna), Richard Hurd and Carol Aviles (Sam); her stepbrother Kathy Burkhart (David); her sister-in-law Virginia Vilhauer; and also, Lorri Beecher and Todd Beecher (Carla).
