It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Jay Allen of Richfield, Minnesota, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Scott Jay Allen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mannette and Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Rachel (Casper) and Ashley (Tommy); his granddaughters, Deja and JoLee; and his siblings, Stephanie (Patrick), Edward (Cheryl) and Peter (Nadia). He is also survived by grandchildren and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family preferred.
