He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Petrik and Eunice Petrik. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Elizabeth (Amber), Erin (Tony) and Megan (Ben); his sister Diane Ziemann (Ken); and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Morgan, Nolan, Ethan, Olivia and Andrew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
