With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Billmeier of Richfield, Minnesota, born in Clements, Minnesota, who passed away on February 11, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Billmeier and Minnie Billmeier; his wife LuAnn Oslund; his children, Julie, Rick (Deb), Kurt and Sheree Sicheneder (Pat); his siblings, Arlene Larson, Janice Hildebrand, Mike and Steve; and his grandchildren, Scott, Suzi (Frank), Jules and R. J.. He was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.
Due to Covid, private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
