He was predeceased by: his parents, RoseLee and Bette Kvasnik (Zeesman); and his mother-in-law Suzanne Bass. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kvasnik (Bass); his daughters, Sari and Rachael Kvasnik; his sisters, Maureen Goldish (Marshall) and Lori Kamin (Jay); his father-in-law Harvey Bass; his sisters-in-law, Liz Mack (Tommy) and Shelley Miller (John); and his nieces and nephews, David, Dana Sieden, Karley, Brad Sweet, Ben Goldish, Alison, Greg Askin, Drew Kamin, Emily, Matt Tremel, Sam Mack, Ben Miller and Hannah Miller. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
