He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Tapper and Jane; and his pet Nash. He is survived by: his wife Susie Gillham; his children, Erin Groth (Phil) and Anisa Tapper; and his siblings, Lori Tapper, Julie Dalquist (Kurt) and Joel Tapper. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, great-nephews and friends.
