He was predeceased by: his brother Jerome DuBay; his parents, James DuBay and Ruth DuBay (Warren); his sister Jacqueline Leithauser; and his niece Mallory Leithauser.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam"; his son Matthew (Jean); his grandchildren, Dexter, Daphne and Daisy May DuBay; and his siblings, John DuBay (Betsy), Jimmy DuBay (Marilyn), Janice Huisenga, Jeffrey DuBay (Doreen) and Jay DuBay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
