He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Heinecke and Violet Heinecke; and his sister Mary Lou Prentice. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson; his sons, Hugh II, Tim (LauRinda) and Darrell Heinecke (Deb); his grandchildren, Hallie Peterson (John), Nick Heinecke (Lydia), Kevin Heinecke (Lauren), Jill Heinecke (Frank), Michele Heinecke (Matt) and Toni Huss (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Oenn Heinecke, Mason Peterson, Taylor Peterson and Cora Heinecke. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
