He is survived by: his children, Sandra Livingston (Michael), Robert Ketcham (Rome), John Ketcham, Barbara Middleton (Scott) and Susan Casson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Michelle (Evan Ward), David, Lynn (Luke Checkalski), Paul, Ashley, Lauren, Joshua and Annie; his great grandchildren, Rowan, Sienna and Liam; his daughters-in-law, Julie and Lori; and his close friend Sharon.
