He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Boom; his daughters, Paula Krumholz and Rachel Czachor (Peter); his granddaughters, Ella and Avery Czachor; his brother Michael Krumholz (Debra); and his siblings-in-law, Marlin Boom (Mary) and Connie Melton.
