She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Krych (Dudkiewicz) and Andrew Krych; her nieces and nephews, Dorothy Ozga (Yurkowsky), Joan Schultz (Yurkowsky), Karen Druszczak (Krych), Mary Perilla (Krych), Steven Krych, Daniel, Leonard Sumiec, Mitchell, James Grzenia, Andrea Connolly (Krych), David and Joe Krych; her cousin Barbara Stautmeister (Dudkiewicz); her husband Stanley Jackowicz; her son Stanley Jr.; her siblings, Theresa Yurkowsky, Ann Grzenia, Celia Sokolski, Louise Sumiec, Rose, Kathrine Panek, Steve, Frank, Leonard and Joseph Krych; and her sister-in-law Irene Sowa.

She is survived by: her brother Edmund Krych (Valentine); her nieces and nephews, Tom, Janet, Tim Krych and Theresa Thesenvitz; and her family, Donna (Panek), Erin, Cara Berdal, Kathy Reiner (Kluk), Sue, David and Ed Panek.
