He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Valma; his siblings, Tom, Carol, Jerry and Ron; his nephew Kevin; and his niece Sharon.

He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Tina Lorenzen (Derek) and Cheryl Heimer (Chris); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Cara, Ashley and Annabelle; and his sister Patricia Allen (Bruce). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
