She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kalor and Helen Kalor (Behrman); her sister Deloris Bakken (Kalor); her former husband Gerald Carpenter; her husband Anthony Fotia; and her close friend John Goeres.

She is survived by: her brothers, Merlin and Laverne Kalor; her great grandchildren, Brett Schelitzche (Rebecca Case), Landon and Lincoln; her grandson Reed Schelitzche (Megan Hanzel); her son Tony Carpenter (Kim); her great grandchildren, Jamie Giles (Matt), Gianna Giles and Cameron Giles; her grandchildren, Jared Carpenter (Katie Tucker), Arlie and Jacob Carpenter (Jake); her stepdaughter Penny Wall; her grandchildren, Kimberly Pierce and Stacey Schultz; her stepdaughter Vicki Schreiner; her great grandchildren, Tonella Espeseth (Chad), Corbin Gradine and Elijah Espeseth; her grandchildren, Angela Fernandez (Jose), Mattea Fernandez, Camilla Fernandez, Monica Napolitan (Cory), Caleb Napolitan and Luca Napolitan; her stepsons, Andreas Goeres and Paul Goeres (Jeanine); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Eva and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
