He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Marjorie Miller; and his son Kennon Miller. He is survived by: his wife Boni Miller; his children, Kurt Miller (Heather), Karlan Mergl (Ken) and Donna Peterson; his siblings, Sue Grimes (Jeff) and Edwin Miller (Nancy); and his stepchildren, Jeff Martin and Kristin Martin.
