She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Charles Gruntner; her son David Petersen; her parents, Edwin Rohne and Inez Rohne; and her brothers, Evan and Norman Rohne.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Petersen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Paul Humane Society.
