He is survived by: his significant other Rita; his children, Robert, Catherine, John Wittman, Claire Dombrock (Tom) and Ellen Tronnes (Eric); his grandchildren, Albert, Joanie, David Melichar, Helen, Rosie Dombrock, Amelia, Veronica, Frances and Collin Tronnes; and his brother Thomas Wittman (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
