We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2023, at the age of 67, Sandra J. Hill of Rice, Minnesota, born in Bagley, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephraim Sayers and Dorothy Hill; her siblings, Renee, Cheryl and Calvin; and her niece Sandy Sayers.

She is survived by: her children, Alvin Oritz (Shantel), Joel Ortiz (Jamie), Rosa Ortiz and Debra Ortiz; her siblings, Alvin Hill, Robert Wayne Sayers and Debra Sayers; her aunts, Gloria and Sharon; and her uncle Frank. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
