It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raina Lynn Neeland of Rice, Minnesota, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dean Birt and Cindy Standingcloud; her sister-in-law Liza Murray; her sister Maleena Birt; and her uncle Henry Neeland.
She is survived by: her parents, Blaise Neeland and Stephanie Birt; her grandmother Lenny Neeland; her stepmother Amanda LaFriniere; her siblings, Enyssa Birt, Aiyana Neeland, Blaise Neeland Jr., Ayden Hall, Kaine Neeland, Laila Neeland, Rihanna Birt, Marcus Birt and Daniel Birt; her grandparents, Evelyn Thompson, Lynette, Mike Thompson and Jason "Edward" Ballenger; and her godmother Adrianne Neeland Martinez (Hector). She is also survived by her aunties, uncles, cousins.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required and social distancing will be practiced.
