It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alpha Dagny McNamara of Rice, Minnesota, born in Echo, Minnesota, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grannes and Agnes Grannes (Schjenken); her husband Donald McNamara; her brothers, Harold, Louis and Leland; and her daughter Shirley.

She is survived by: her children, Marjorie, David and James (Geraldine). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
