He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roschild and Albertina Wilamina Roschild (Lentz); his wife Veronica Kubesh; his sons, Ronald and Jeffrey; his granddaughter Jacque Svard (Roschild); and his siblings, Marvin, Amanda Heinsohn, Frances Westby, Hattie Anderson and Eleanor Von Spreecken.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry (Terri) of Renville, Lester of Renville and Daryl (Linda) of Renville; his grandchildren, Michael Roschild (Pam), Tracy Johnson (Tommy), Adam Roschild (Kay), Amber Hoff (Bronson), Amanda Plotz (Jason), Allison (Jordan Jones) and Zach Roschild (Krystina Kocher); and his great grandchildren, Andrew Roschild, Abby Roschild, Eli Svard, Malachai Svard, McKenzie Hoff, Haley Hoff, Aubree Jones, Hayden Jones and Luke Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Little Lambs Learning Center in Danube or Renville County Hospice.
