With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Stephen Nolan of Remer, Minnesota, born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nolan and Gladys Nolan (Molin); his siblings, Glenyce Sween (A. Randolf Sween) and Jim Nolan; and his nephew Michael Sween.
He is survived by: his wife Marva Nolan of Orono; his daughters, Patty Malecek (Jon) of Maple Plain and Kay Nowell (Kraig) of St. Michael; his grandchildren, Rob Malecek, Allison Rude (Joe), Derek Malecek (Hailie Schultz) and Matt Nowell; his great grandchild Claire Rude; and his sister-in-law Grace Nolan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
