He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman R. Washburn and Janice E. Washburn (Lisk); his grandparents, George, Marie Washburn, Edward and Pearl Lisk; and his brother Edward Washburn.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Lois Winger; his daughters, Dawn Dean of Remer and Amy Washburn of Remer; his grandsons, Noah Dean of Remer, MN and Logan Zumbrunnen of Remer, MN; and his siblings, Fay Griffith (Robert) of Hill City, MN, Cheri Latarte of Bovey, MN and Dale Washburn (Theresa) of Hill City, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Bob's memory.
