It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Oberfoell (Remer, Minnesota), born in Epworth, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Oberfoell and Lula Oberfoell (Story); his children, Ronald Oberfoell and Sharon Oberfoell; and his siblings, Walt Oberfoell and Mabel Stocks.
He is survived by: his spouse Velma Mae Clapham; his children, Robert Oberfoell (Jean) of Ashton, SD, Kathy Mahaffey, Beverly Haight (Vance) of Adams, WI and Kristi Jacobs (Dean) of Remer, MN; and his sister-in-law Barbara Clapham of Dubuque, IA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
