He was predeceased by: his daughter Jodi Lynn; his son-in-law Bryan Jenniges; and his sisters, Orien Stage and Margaret Psihos. He is survived by: his wife Joleen; his children, Jason "Buckshot" Amberg (Candace) of Eden Prairie, Krista "Kitten" Trebesch (Jamie) of Redwood Falls, Jared "Chopper" Amberg (Mindy) of Redwood Falls and Anjela "Twinx" McVay (Toby) of St. Bonifacius; his grandchildren, Chance (Tara), Jason Thomas, Samantha (Tyler), Taylor, Megan, Tommy, Bryan, Tucker, Matthew and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Caileb, Kai and Carson; and his siblings, Henry "Butch" Amberg (Faythe) of Delhi and Marlene Stage of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
