She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lyons and Elizabeth Lyons (Hunt); and also Donald Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Dean Okins; her children, David Okins of The Villages, FL, Dean Okins (Julie) of Santa Cruz, CA and Shirley Kaehler; and her sister Dorothy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
