He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Kodet; his wife Diana Alvidrez; his children, Karen Bushaw, Roxanne Niederkorn (Neil), Bobby Holmes and Andrea Holmes; his grandchildren, Jessi Bushaw, Zoey Alvidrez, Kat Niederkorn, Sharon Kodet Holmes and Diana Holmes; his sisters, Deb Holmes (Steve Hammerschmidt) and Susie Spiczka (Bob); his aunt Nancy Gill; and his uncle Lloyd Holmes. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
