He is survived by: his former spouse Charles W. Collins; his wife Laura Lilly of Virginia; his daughter Pamela Chesshier-Wharton (Jeff) of Morton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Coners (Terry) of Morton, Jeffrey R. Wharton (Toni) of St. Cloud, Jeffrey P. Day of Farmersville, TX and Michael S. Chesshier-Day (Terra) of Farmersville, TX; his sister Dora Duncan (Dub) of Rockwall, TX; his half-sister Linda Collins-Malone of Healdton, OK; and his great grandchildren, Junior Wharton, Alisha Day, Trey Day, Presley Wharton, Sage Wharton-Curry, Alison Day, Keizer Day, Alissa Coners, Tim Coners, Jeff Coners and Nathan Coners.
