He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley M. Otto and Hazel M. Otto (Root); and his brothers, Richard (Judy), David (Beverly) of Bloomington, Jon (Debra) of Euless and Charles of Atwater, MN.. He was also cherished by 11 nieces and nephews and 21 grand nieces and nephews.
