He is survived by: his parents, Scott Hagen and Lisa Hagen (Schweiss); his brother Tyler Hagen (Elizabeth Prouty); his grandfather Dr. Tom Hagen; and his aunts and uncles, Dr. Sue (Brad Lohrbach), Todd (Gail Hagen), MaryAnn (Woody Schemmel), Arnie (Cathy Schweiss), Mike (Debbie Schweiss) and Deb (Dave Kohout). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
