He is survived by: his wife Doreen Rowan (Rabe); his children, Jason Steenblock (Terri) of Forest Lake, Tara Schwagmeyer (Carl) of Cannon Falls, Jolene Rowan (Jon Matejcek) of Falcon Heights and Edward Rowan of Rice; his grandchildren, Ellie, Grace, Alli, Audrey, Peter and Elijah; and his siblings-in-law, Adolph Rabe (Peggy) of Motley, Jan Erickson of Redwood Falls and Marie Story of Redwood Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
