Defoe; his children, Frank Defoe (Lisa), Jacqueline Defoe-Caldwell (Jerritte) and Buffy Barrett; his siblings, Melvina Defoe, Tina Stately (Ed), Marlene Stately (John), Diane Roy, Sheldon Defoe Sr., Mike Defoe Sr., Pat Defoe Sr. (Lisa), Ty Stately (Diane), Gordon Johnson and Leonardo Francis Hayes; his grandchildren, Shanise Rosebear, Kailee Defoe (Joe), Darren Defoe Jr., Kiersten Iceman, Kylah Defoe, Jayla Caldwell-Hines (Chris), Keith Caldwell, Kameryn Defoe, Jerritte Caldwell Jr., Alexandra Roy and Natanne Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Michael Kingbird Jr., Kinslee Johnson, Kaislyn Johnson, Kaileb Johnson, Karsyn Johnson and Emani Johnson.
