She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Cook and Ida Cook (Sayers); her siblings, Roberta Crowe, Amelia Carson, Violet Donnell, Donald Cook, Billy Cook and Robert Cook; her grandson Mikey McNeal; her great grandchild Dominick Norris; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle "Mushy" Spears, Diane Cook, Carla Brun, Joey Pelchat, Darren Cook, Sr. and Raymond Teller.

She is survived by: her spouse Herbert "Herbie" McNeal; her grandchildren, Kelly, Kauri, Ron, Randy, Sarah, Laura, Ben, Robbie, Joey, Amber, Diane and Gwen; her great grandchildren, Drake, Sienna, Jadyn, Jason, Zach, Jaxson, Jazlynn, Evan, MaryAnn, Vivian and June; her children, Shirley McNeal, Jan Thunder (Toady), Karen Ramirez (Eli), Harlan McNeal, Billy McNeal (Irene), Bob McNeal, Ron McNeal and Don Langer (Michelle); and her siblings, Fabian "Nickel" Cook, Hank Cook, Elaine "Honey" Blanchard, Barbara Cook, Mary Ellen Stillday (Cook) and Sammie Jo Braddock. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
