He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Sr. Moore and Ormetta Moore (Hunt); his sisters, Norma Allard and Shirley Tech; and his granddaughter Rachel.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Brenda Kirchner (Rick), Bill Moore (Bunny) and Jeri Moore; and his brother Donald Moore. He is also survived by 11 grand-children; 18 great-grandchildren.
