With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna A. Schrader of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dicke and Amalia Dicke (Strusz); her husband Harry Schrader; her daughter Judy Schroeder; and her siblings, Viola Rohe, Frances Fitschen, Donald, Wilbert, Earl and Kermit Dicke.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Aslakson (Gerald) of Red Wing and John Schrader of Red Wing; her grandchildren, Kurt Schroeder, Jenny Hedquist (John), Aaron Aslakson (Heidi), Brianna Tracey (Ken) and Adam Aslakson (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Kailey, Ethan Aslakson, Maya, Kaleb Tracey, Parker, Colton Aslakson, Hobie and Hayden Hedquist; her sister Doris Swanson of Maple Grove; her son-in-law Keith Schroeder of Comfrey; and her sister-in-law Angie Dicke of Lake City. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
