She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Williams and Olive Williams (Graves); her brother James "Brud" Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Ellen Lyndon and Paul Lyndon.
She is survived by: her husband Howard; her daughters, Suzanne Lyndon (Jim Lee) and Kristine Wilson (Matt); and her granddaughters, Lorelei and Georgia Wilson. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a gift in Ruth Ann's memory to the River Bluff Humane Society in Red Wing.
