With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Foley of Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Foley. She is survived by: her children, Thomas of River Falls, Brad (Judy Werner) of Chanhassen, Barb Laubenstein (Mike) of Menomonie, Wis, Iris Runck (Wallace) of Fairfax and Steven Foley (Judy) of Red Wing; her grandchildren, Carl, Sonja, Justin, Meghan, Ryan and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Payton, Victoria, Ernie Jr., Jackson, Alexander and Camden; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Swanson of Hastings and Joann Foley of Williamsburg, Iowa.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
