He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wolter and Ethel Wolter (Dowling); and his sisters, Juanita Hartl and Donna Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Sarah Wolter (Blake Kane) of Northfield, Heidi Wolter of Red Wing and Michael Nelson-Wolter (Mark) of London, England; his grandsons, Sullivan and Spencer Kane; and his close friends, Gene, Andi Schultz, Jim, Sandy Tulek, Bill LeVasseur, Marilyn Nelson, Bonnie Mettling, Mike and Cavie Fischer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials be given in Ron's name to United Lutheran Church.
