He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frantzen and Lillian Frantzen (Janilla); his wife Maryann Hallander; and his siblings, Gail and John Frantzen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Parla (Charles) of Rosemount, Leigh Ann Anderson (Steve) of Red Wing and Kimberly Ploeger (Matt) of Lakeville; his grandchildren, Lilly, Sophie, Lucca Parla, Amelia and Brayden Ploeger; his pet Nova; and his siblings, Joyce Falzone of Oakdale, Gregory Frantzen of St. Louis Park, Rosemary Rivard (Paul) of Chesterfield, MO and Thomas Frantzen (Marlene) of Plymouth, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the Church of St. Joseph, Red Wing School Foundation or Pay it Forward Red Wing Mayo Clinic Health Services.
