He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Colwell of La Crosse, Wis.; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Kim Ott, John "Brad" Beck, Lynn Hanold and Jodie Alpers; and his sister Harriet. He is also survived by his four children, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
