He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wells and Beatrice Wells (Shanawo); his children, Joshua Nepoose and Janelle Nepoose; and his siblings, Janice, Denise, Dennis, Charlton and Jody.
He is survived by: his former wife Suzy Strauss; his children, Denise, James (Sasha), Charrise (Carl) and Monique; and his sister Lylis Wells (Loren). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
