He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Breuer and Gladys Breuer of Lake City, Minnesota.; and his brother-in-law Marvin Reihsen. He is survived by: his siblings, DeeAnn Reihsen, Paulene Storm (Donald), Gayle Jackson (Peter), Jeff (Marion) and Scott (Beth); and his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Sebold (Paul), Lee Neumann (Eric), Anne Kogler (Craig), Peter Storm (Liz), Kate Jackson, Kelly Amundson (Marty), Craig Breuer (Karla), Christopher Breuer and Maddie Breuer. He is also survived by 20 great nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Phil's family.
