He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Esther. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoffman of Esdaile; his children, Aaron Brostrom of Spring Valley, WI and Rachel Wollnik (Matthias) of Edina; and his granddaughters, Lucy and Stella.
