She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitsuro Tsukahara and Iku Tsukahara (Tamura); her husband Jim; her sister Michi Tsukahara; and her stepsister Etsu Ogura.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Jan) of New Hope, Thomas (MaryAnn) of Carbondale, Robert (Jaunita) of Lund, Kent (Suzy) of Tahuya, Michael of Red Wing and James (Jeanna) of Red Wing; and her siblings, Toshiko Murayama, Astuko Sato, Yasuo Tsukahara and Eizo Ogura. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
